Every product is meticulously crafted with a keen focus on precision and dedication. Our unwavering commitment is to achieve complete Customer Satisfaction. Given the uniqueness of each individual item, there may be variations in colour, shapes, and sizes.

 

LIMITED EDITION:

If you happen to come across any defects in your product, we encourage you to get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that products are in unworn condition with their tags still securely attached and in original packaging.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Please note that all custom products are considered FINAL SALE. In the unlikely event that your product arrives with any defects, we kindly ask you to reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

PATCHES:

We cannot guarantee that patches will remain secure if the products are mistreated.

RETURN REQUEST:

To initiate a return, kindly send us a request within 15 days of receiving your products by emailing us at BespokeLaserCanada@gmail.com . Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return and attach relevant photos. Please be aware that our acceptance of returns is subject to our discretion. Nevertheless, we are dedicated to putting in the effort to find solutions and work diligently to ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN SHIPPING LABELS:

At this time, we do not offer return shipping labels, and any associated return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer seeking to make a return. Once your return request is approved, please ensure appropriate packaging of products along with invoice, original packaging and tags. Product must NOT be worn, altered or washed in order for a return to be completed.

Returns may take up to 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival.
